Da Capo II (～ダ・カーポII～, Da Kāpo II, commonly abbreviated as D.C. II) is self-described as a "ticklish school romance adventure" (こそばゆい学園恋愛アドベンチャー, Kosobayui Gakuen Renai Adobenchā). Similar to its predecessor, the story takes place on the same island, Hatsunejima, in Japan, and set fifty-three years after the original game.
